If you had to invent a perfect Maine summer day, and the perfect place for a Maine summer wedding, you might have imagined the spot on Raymond Pond, in Raymond, Maine where Katie and Ciaran tied the knot.
Using local flowers and foliage was important to the couple so on the Wednesday before the wedding Jess headed over to the Hancock Family Farm in Casco and cut zinnias, statice, sunflowers, ageratum, celosia and gomphrena. The rudbeckia came from the Fay garden, as did the hosta and sedum for the boutonnieres.
Yup, pretty much perfect!
